This last visit over this past weekend was more of the same lack luster service. We spoke to the desk at checkout they advised they would do nothing to make up for the nonsense from earlier that morning.
If it had been a real fire there would have been so many injuries and possible casualties due to the lack of communication and disorganization. When the alarm finally stopped almost 20 minutes later and after we were halfway down the stairs there was no announcement even made to advise when or if it was safe to return to our rooms. There was no information provided, no visible staff making sure people were exiting safely, just people in the hallway standing in the doorways of their rooms trying to figure out what was happening.
First time we stayed after a late night of gambling when all we wanted to do was get some sleep we were jarred awake at approximately 5/530 am to the sound of a fire alarm going off throughout the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel/casino twice now and both times were displeased.
